Refund Policy
Aquastaser’s store policy explains returns, damages, exchanges, and refunds.
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact rich@delzers.com. If your return is accepted, instructions will be sent for how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages And Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact Aquastaser immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so the issue can be evaluated and made right.
Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
You will be notified once the return has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be made to the original payment method. Bank or credit card processing may take additional time.
